Making Something Undesirable New Again

Sarah and Andy have both been thrifting and shopping secondhand since childhood. When they met in 2014, their shared love for shopping secondhand and living a sustainable life played a huge part in their success as a couple. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the world to pause, the two lost their long-standing careers in live entertainment. As a way to cope with the trauma of losing their livelihoods so suddenly, the two turned to their favorite thing - vintage. 

Since then, Green Threads has evolved from a passion project in a small living room, to a fully functioning business sharing sustainable vintage with Thread Heads around the world. In the true spirit of recycling, Sarah & Andy have taken an unfortunate situation and turned it into something beautiful to be shared and celebrated. 

Shipping Standards

We're committed to keeping mother earth happy & healthy. 100% of our packaging materials are compostable. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped with USPS First Class or Priority shipping. Some larger orders may be shipped with UPS. 

Return Policy

We work to restore all pieces to good vintage condition. This means items may come stained, torn, or with holes. We make sure to list all flaws in each product listing so you know what to expect in your package. Vintage sizing is often different than modern size standards. To be sure your new piece will fit, we include measurements in all product listings. We also list pieces based on their measured size rather than their tagged size for your convenience. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, we are unable to accept returns at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please reach out to us directly to determine a solution.
